Your facilitator will guide you through:
Playing the game
Work as a team to arrange the 42 cards and draw the lines of cause and effect. The cards use IPCC data and you’ll deepen your understanding of climate science without having to read dry and depressing reports. At the end you’ll have a visual representation of the climate-human system that you have created.
Recap
A time to stand back, summarise how the system works and reflect.
Debrief and Brainstorm
A space to express emotions such as fear, hope and anger and use them to motivate action.
A chance to brainstorm impactful solutions at individual and organisational levels.
why is clImate fresk so effective
Climate Fresk is extremely effective at communicating the nature of the climate challenge and at fostering engagement because:
• To build the Fresk, participants must collaborate closely generating a feeling of shared endeavour and collective problem solving
• Participants build the Fresk with their own hands giving a strong sense of ownership
• Once the Fresk is built, participants can see a visual representation of the system, helping them to grasp the many interconnections and the link between human activities and the resulting consequences for humans

The workshop takes 3 hours.

The workshop can be delivered to between 4 and 7 participants per table.

- a PDF of your completed Fresk
In-person Price
£2,000 per 14 participants , including:
- a pre-workshop online meeting to tailor your Fresk experience
- all materials required on the day
- a full set of cards mounted on paper and personalised for you to keep
